Doug Magid is a co-founder of Metropolitan Residential Partners (now CENTURY 21 Metropolitan) and has spent the past 18 years helping to build a real estate practice that focuses not only on transactions, but on service dedicated to an exceptional customer experience. As a tech-forward but relationship-based organization they train their agents to make individual experiences delightful. The partners are fully dedicated to clarity, professionalism and delivery of quality results.
Doug is responsible for the business operations – in restaurant vernacular – he’s the back of the house. Overseeing Agents efforts, business planning and management activities, his objective is to encourage the team to make every client interaction unique and valued.
Prior to real estate, Doug spent 18 years re-engineering Fortune 500 companies focusing on international logistics and supply chain management. His experience in board rooms and with executives across many industries has proven invaluable as as means to demystify the real estate process and provide customer insight in clear, relatable terms.
